As an ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 certified company we understand fully that quality is the foundation of our business success. We further recognize that failure to meet customer requirements will have adverse consequences that may affect our business, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders of the company.

With this in mind, our Quality Management System has been developed to enable the organization to identify, measure, control and improve our core business processes ultimately leading to improved business performance, enhanced customer satisfaction, and continued business success.

ADVANCED QUALITY PLANNING
We believe that Advanced Quality Planning is the driving force behind the success of every program we undertake. From the very beginning of each new project we work hand in hand with the customer to develop a comprehensive Quality Plan to assure that their requirements, needs and expectations will be met.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We view Continuous Improvement as a journey; not a destination. All areas of the organization are focused on continuous improvement beginning with conformance to requirements, and continuing with reduction of variation and waste to benefit the final customer, the supply base, and ourselves.

ERP (ENTERPRISE IQ)

EnterpriseIQ is a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system used throughout the organization to efficiently manage and improve business processes using a single shared database. The same up-to-date customer information is used for each process step. This includes order entry, scheduling, inventory management, real-time shop floor monitoring, order picking, shipping, customer service, and accounting.

WELCOME TO OUR LAB

Our environmentally controlled Inspection Laboratory is well equipped to provide the necessary dimensional and functional inspection and testing to verify that products conform to specified requirements.

Laboratory Capabilities

  • FIRST-ARTICLE INSPECTION
    First-Article Inspection is conducted to give objective evidence that all customer engineering, design and specification requirements are correctly understood, accounted for, verified and recorded. Results are reported in an easy to follow format along with a ballooned part drawing.
  • CAPABILITY STUDIES
    Capability Studies are conducted to determine the extent to which the process and product is meeting specified requirements. Statistical results are reported in a comprehensive format using Minitab statistical software
  • PROCESS MONITORING AND CONTROL
    After process capability has been proven and sample approval is received from the customer we continue to monitor manufacturing processes and product characteristics using various check sheets and control charting methods such as; X Bar and R charts, P-charts, C-charts, U-charts, etc. Statistical data is collected and analyzed using SPC Express statistical process control software

  • DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENT
    • Mitutoyo Quick Vision Pro CNC Measuring Systems utilizing leading edge video imaging technology, high-performance laser autofocus and touch signal contact probes. These systems are capable of 3D measurement of side face and oblique plane features, thus providing measurements not obtainable using vision alone
    • Starrett HGC 2018-16 Manual CMM utilizing Metronics QC5000 Metrology Software
    • Starrett HB-350 14" optical comparator
    • Part specific gauges and fixtures
    • Handheld measuring instruments, including:
      - Calipers
      - Micrometers
      - Indicators
      - Height Gage, etc.
  • MATERIAL TESTING
    • LLOYD Instruments LRX Plus Motorized Single-Column Test Stand for tension, compression, torsion, bending, and fatigue testing up to 5kN (1100 lbf)
    • Omnimark Mark 3 Moisture Analyzer
    • ACCULAB L-Series Analytical Balance
  • VISUAL INSPECTION
    • Vision Engineering Mantis Elite Stereo Inspection Magnifiers
